Cyklop CFH-1 Strapping Head┃ Automatic Strapping Machines

The CFH-1 strapping head from Cyklop is designed to meet the strapping needs of all industries for fully automatic strapping machines. Cyklop has equipped the CFH-1 with innovative multi-stage-tensioning technology with a friction weld, to guarantee optimal holding power on the complete radius of the load with a max tension of 1,250 lbs. The CFH-1 has two options; the V80 Q-S3 which is for Polypropylene (PP) and Polyester (PET) straps with widths of 9mm-12.5mm (3/8”-1/2”) and thicknesses of 0.4mm-1.12mm (0.016” – 0.44”); The V94 Q-S3 for (PP) and Polyester (PET) straps with widths of 12mm-19mm (1/2”-3/4”) and thicknesses of 0.4mm-1.12mm (0.023” – 0.44”).
